Hi & welcome to my music voice journals. To set the mood as you read, here’s a snippet of Spring Snow:



I’m a 20-something-year-old American-born Filipina in medical school. I love anything with heights, anything high-energy, and anything outside. I’m a big fan of ice cream and cats, despite being lactose intolerant and allergic to cat hair. Most importantly, I’m deeply in love with this dude named Jesus. 

Gaudiosa (gah-joh-sah) is a passion project for me and a way I process life. Gaudiosa is the name of my great-grandmother, who was a very powerful and bold woman. It’s the name my father calls me sometimes and is a Latin term meaning “joyous feast.” The second word in my first name also means joy. Basically, I make music because it brings me joy, and I hope you can also joyfully feast on these tunes as well.

To be honest, I’m not a singer (literally never been trained or even in a choir) nor do I play a ton of instruments (heck I can barely play the ones I say I can play lol) so I’ve always felt super awkward sharing my music. But I guess I reached the point where I just don’t care what other people think?

I’m not pursuing a career in music, but if you do wanna collab, I love to write with others! Slide into my dms.
